Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. has always maintained an "open door" policy with respect to employee concerns. Every supervisor's, manager's and executive officer's door is open to every employee to encourage communication about any subject that an employee believes is important. Government regulations and best practices require that we also maintain a financial reporting hotline. This service is maintained and operated by an independent company. All comments or concerns expressed using this hotline service are confidential and anonymous. This service also allows you to receive feedback on your submission and to anonymously learn the ultimate disposition of your concern.Please feel free to contribute any comments through this interface regarding such accounting matters. Your message is encrypted and will be delivered directly to the Audit Committee.

You may use this service to report conduct related to financial reporting that you believe is improper and to express any other concern you may have. This hotline is not an employee grievances line. It is a hotline for concerns regarding financial reporting, internal controls, public disclosure or record retention. All comments and concerns are available to the Audit Committee of Expeditors' Board of Directors. All matters will be addressed by authorized Expeditors officials. Remember that you always have the option under the open door policy of going directly to your manager, supervisor or an executive officer.
