This system is not part of Criteo websites or Intranets and is compliant with applicable regulations that govern the protection of the whistleblower, confidentiality in the processing of the alert and data privacy. This platform ensures an end-to-end encryption system to secure all information between you and a limited number of recipients, on a need-to-know basis in accordance with our Whistleblowing Procedure.

When you send a message using any of these methods, you will receive back a 14 to 16-digit code that can be used to access the status of your message. The Audit Committee may also use this to ask you, with complete confidentiality, for additional information regarding this issue.
